This experience mirrors what I'm noticing at a growing rate in my practice. Working as a therapist, it's clear a notable development: an increasing percentage of people who turning to substances to manage their anxiety.
Data reveals that around 34.9% of individuals who consumed alcohol did so to relieve pressure and nearly one-fifth to deal with nervousness.
