An exciting playable preview will become available on Jan. 7, granting a substantial taste into the game's initial chapters. Critically, all progress earned within this demo is eligible to be transferred directly into the complete game upon its eventual launch.

Beyond Just a Simple Remake: A Thorough Reimagining

Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined constitutes a comprehensive re-envisioning of the landmark year 2000 RPG, first titled Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past. Taking a distinct departure from recent Dragon Quest remakes, like the previously released HD-2D iterations, this reimagining utilizes a unique three-dimensional art style. Locales have been crafted to resemble intricate model sets, with protagonists having a delightful toy-like design.

Significant Gameplay Improvements and Updates

• Expanded Vocation Mechanics: One brand new job class has been introduced for this reimagining. Furthermore, party members gain the ability to take on a secondary vocation, greatly expanding customization possibilities.

Such alterations are designed to mitigate one of the 2000 title's frequent criticisms: its considerable length. That original adventure was known to take more than 100 hours to complete. This new edition has been expressly designed to enhance flow and reduce perceived repetition.
