Sake Martini
Makes a single portion
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
